CORROSION AND CHEMICAL PROTECTION SERVICES

TERBUD carries out comprehensive industrial corrosion protection services, which are characterised by high durability and resistance to aging and weather conditions. We perform corrosion and chemical protection works, including surface reparation for any type of coating, using such methods fitted to the site-specific technological requirements and performance capability, including, but not limited to:

• abrasive blasting

• dry (copper slag, shot, glass microbeads)

• dust-free methods (closed loop systems, water cushion)

• hydrodynamic/hydro-abrasive blasting under ultra high pressure – up to 2800 bar (using water or water and abrasive)

• application of specialist single- and multi-component corrosion with chemical-proof coatings

• fire proofing systems using passive protection systems: intumescent paints

• unblocking and hydrodynamic cleaning of outer and inner surfaces of process apparatus
